Terms and Cancellation policy

Full payment in advance is required to secure the booking.

All hats are provided.

Please book in advance to avoid disappointment

Please arrive 15 mins before your ride is due to depart

Methods of Payment:-

Payment in advance bank transfer in pounds or euros. or Cash on arrival

For payments converted from exchange rates, the current bank rate will be used plus any charges incurred.

Cancellation Policy:

Please note that a 50% charge will be made for any cancellations within 48 hours prior to your reservation.

The full fee will be charged for any cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the reservation and failure to attend without notice.

We are sure you all appreciate that it takes time and effort to plan the daily schedule with the instructors (some of whom are freelance) and ensuring your preferred horse is available.
Late cancellations affect the team, the horses working hours and the running of the business. We appreciate your consideration in this matter.

Should you wish to amend or cancel your reservation, please confirm by return of email.

Protocol

On arrival we will meet you at our check in table next to the parking
area. Please complete the checking in form and try some of the riding
hats for a good fit.

We will then bring the horses to you with a mounting block and we will
set off on our way!
